Hey, mods: when you lock a thread, will you include a little note at the bottom of the thread that says what you did and why?

It's not obvious to some people (those of us who get to a thread without clicking through the forum) that the thread is locked, so they'll try to post, and end up losing 45 minutes of work because the post they tried to make can't be posted, because the thread is locked.

:)
